Yes—I bring everything needed for your session including a professional massage table, fresh linens, aromatherapy oils, and any add-on equipment such as hot stones or cupping supplies.
Please clear a 7' × 3' space for the massage table and ensure easy access to the area. I recommend hydrating well before and after your session. Please avoid heavy meals 2 hours before your appointment.
The mobile surcharge varies by distance from Plumas Lake and will be calculated and shown during checkout. This covers travel time and transportation of equipment to your location.
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Gratuity is optional and always appreciated for exceptional service. The standard rate is 15-20% of the service total, but any amount that reflects your satisfaction is welcome.
I offer 60-minute and 90-minute sessions for both Lotus and Deep Tissue massages. Add-on services like cupping, hot stones, and massage gun therapy add an additional 10 minutes each.
This depends on your individual needs and goals. For general wellness and stress relief, monthly sessions are common. For therapeutic needs or chronic pain management, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be more beneficial.
